Our Story
Fueled by the tragic death of a colleague, Sugata Biswas and Laura Smith opened the doors to Cadence Research and Consulting in 2008. The two Yale MBA grads shared not only deep experience in the healthcare sector, but also a vision of how to better service clients and operate an agency. This ultimately served as the blueprint for creating a unique agency, one that authentically values human potential, collaboration, and service. The resulting culture directly creates real and meaningful value for their clients. Cadence’s ever growing list of blue chip clients and fast growth landed the company on the Inc. 500/5000 list of fastest growing private companies in the U.S. two years in a row.
